Oxidizers

Our Thermal Oxidizers have a destructive efficiency of 99% +, operating temperatures to 2100°F and retention times as required to achieve desired performance. We also offer Catalytic Oxidizers with destructive efficiency that ranges from 90.00% to 99.99%. Heat exchangers are available to offer more economical operating costs. We also offer optional designs for handling chlorinated, fluorinated and other corrosive compounds.

This state of the art design operates at approximately one third the operating costs of a typical flare system. The capital cost is one half that of a conventional enriching flare system. The ThermTech system uses diluting technology that is fully automated to offer the ultimate in safety while automatically modulating fuel and air requirements as process conditions change. The system is so economical, it is being used to replace existing flare systems.
